Current broadcast segment:
Калина Красная is a radio station for Russian bard songs and words set to a guitar. Vladimir Vysotsky, Yuri Vizbor, Bulat Okudzhava, Alexander Gorodnitsky, Yuri Kukin, Oleg Mityaev and Alexander Rosenbaum are on air, alongside Russian rock such as DDT and Konstantin Nikolsky. Lyrics and delivery matter here more than a fashionable beat. A good companion for slow evenings, the countryside and long talks when you want songs with meaning and history.
